Description

If you are new to yoga or you have been practicing for some time and would like to deepen your knowledge and set the foundations of your practice, these 7 classes are ideal for you. 

This program offers fundamental training in the postures as well as breathing techniques and is designed to systematically provide you with the building blocks that every yoga practitioner should ideally have before embarking on this journey, in order to practice optimally and safely.

During this course we will explore and integrate the following topics:

Class 1: Definitions of yoga and use of props

Class 2: Breathing techniques, centering exercises and synchronization of movement with breathing

Class 3: Biomechanical principles: Foundation 

Class 4: Biomechanical principles: Spine First 

Class 5: Biomechanical principles: Laws of torque 

Class 6: Detailed explanation of 10 common yoga poses

Class 7: Classical Sun Salutation Sequence

Along with these classes, you will have time to learn and incorporate the teachings through practice and repetition, you will feel more confident as a new yogi and you will be prepared to take any level 1-2 class.

In order to get the most of the program, adjust to your needs and work at your own pace, the virtual classes are individual or in groups of two people and they can be done in the comfort of your home. Invite a friend, share the cost and benefit from a flexible schedule.
