
The practice starts with Sun Salutations followed by a slow flow of postures designed to build strength and promote flexibility in the body. Poses range from gentle to intense and detailed alignment instructions and modifications to adjust to different needs and conditions are provided so you can customize your practice to your own level of challenge.
Mindful breathing and meditation are also integrated.
Class concludes with restorative postures which settle down the body and mind.

This class is accessible to all levels, but I highly recommend first-time practitioners to follow the Yoga Basics Program before.
